House Captain,Himgiri ( equivalent to Senior Prefect)
First Ever IB Student To Be Elected Both Captain And Vice Captain(Member Of the elected Student Council.).
During the peak of the pandemic in India, led and motivated 300 students from grades 6th to 12th.
- Set up the ‘helping hands’ mentorship program as Himgiri House Captain: connecting 10th graders within the house to their senior peers. 50 students benefited, designed to help mitigate pandemic induced stress and navigate the stressful board examination year.
- Directed InterHouse Junior Acapella Performance- awarded 2nd position in school’s founders day
- Co-Director Of The Senior Graduation Ceremony, alongside the Heads Of School(2021, Grade 12)
- Vice Captain Of the School Debate Team A- Grade 12, The Highest Ranking School Debate Team in the Region
- Invited to deliver a peer mentorship session for IB aspirant students at the Shriram Millennium school, received commendation from host school Principal.
2020
- Vice Captain- House- Elected through a democratic process. Worked on key initiatives with the House Captain and House Teachers for engaging with over 300 students through the pandemic. Directed and CoWrote the Script for the InterHouse Ad Acting Play conducted online for the first time.
- Head of Politics, Profound Profanity- An Online Video Publication conveying pertinent global issues using bite sized, humorous content for younger viewers (2020-2021)
- Regional Head of the Youth Symposium- head of TYS’s largest region, in-charge of organising conferences and thus facilitating discourse amongst like minded youth across the region on a range of global topics such as healthcare, education, and politics(2020, Grade 11)
- Editor of the TSRS IB Newsletter- A Biannual Publication(2020)
- Peer Mentoring, IGCSE History Students: one of 3 children chosen in IB1 to mentor IGCSE students trying to navigate the comprehensive and rigorous history program
2019
- Elected Form Representative, Himgiri House, Grade 10
- Junior Fellow, Aspen Leadership Program, selected to take part in the 2 week Aspen Leadership Program in Rishikesh, India: cohort of just 75
- Socratic dialogue, articulation classes, physical excursions, theatre and expression lessons
- School U-17 Soccer Team Captain- Varsity Equivalent Team, Grade 10
2018
- TIE Entrepreneurship Program: 12 week training culminating in pitching a viable biz idea to investors. A public sourced dog walking application to a team of investors from around the nation.
